The evening was successfully arranged by the Chambers events team run by Alison Cocks and Trevor Mathews who worked with President Mark Blunden to ensure an enjoyable evening was had by all attending.
A raffle was held on the evening with all proceeds going to local charity, Hangers Heroes which supports five very local good causes including: The Front Skate Park, M.V. Freedom, Dorset Search and Rescue, Stella Hayward Riding for the Disabled and Westfield Arts College. http://www.hangersheroes.co.uk/
President of The Chamber Mark Blunden said ‘I am so pleased that so many people attended what was a very relaxed and fun evening. I am also most grateful to Alison and Trevor for all the hard work gone into arranging another Chamber Ball. I am now much looking forward to our Autumn Ball on the 19th October at The Sailing Academy’.

Dates for the diary: The second BNS event of the year is planned for Tuesday 25th June at The Weldmar Hospice in Dorchester in association with the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce ; there is also the next in a series of training events at Budmouth College CEIL on July 10th focussing on introducing people to public speaking.
